Sémillon

The Sémillon grape originates in France, where it is particularly well-known in the Bordeaux region, especially in Sauternes. It is a characterful white wine grape, distinguished by its depth and longevity. Its aromas are diverse, ranging from youthful and fresh citrus notes to more complex flavors like honey and nuts. Sémillon is primarily an excellent accompaniment to appetizers, but also pairs well with poultry, fish, and cheese dishes.
