The «Blanco de Verano» is aromatic and fresh, with a low alcohol content. It's the ideal choice for an aperitif. The juice is cold-clarified and fermented with native yeasts, giving the wine a unique, terroir-driven character. The early harvest preserves its freshness. Aromas of citrus, floral, and elderflower.
 Only 2,000 bottles are produced annually. The winemaker selects the grapes based on the availability of white varieties at harvest time. The blend includes Moscatel, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and sometimes Criolla Blanc. The composition varies from year to year.
