The grapes come from the high-altitude areas of the Mendoza River and the Uco Valley. Mendoza's desert climate provides ideal conditions for the grapes to fully ripen. The wine has juicy, fruity aromas and well-integrated tannins that create a balanced and elegant finish. Aged 20% in used French oak barrels. Pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, pasta, and aged cheeses—also ideal for raclette. Aromas of ripe black fruits, including blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, are complemented by subtle floral notes and a hint of spice.
